Ingredients:
- 4 - 5 Chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 pint sour cream (1 c)
- 4 ounces chipped beef
- 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- Fried mushrooms
- Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
Wrap each chicken breast in bacon. Cover the bottom of a buttered dish with the chipped beef. Arrange chicken on top of beef. Mix together the sour cream and the soup, pour over chicken.
Bake: 325 degrees F for 2 hours or at 250 for 4 hours. Top with fried mushrooms and parsley before serving.
Note: While it has a weird enough name, Mamaw made this all the time while we were growing up. Just think of the chicken and bacon dish with they really great gravy on it.
