Broccoli Salad
- 1 c mayo
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 heads of broccoli, small-chopped (5 cups)
- 1 4 oz package Real Bacon pieces (3/4 lb raw)
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 c red grapes, sliced
- 3/4 c dried cranberries
- 1 c sunflower kernels
- 1 c shredded sharp cheddar
Make dressing 5-6 hours before serving and refrigerate.
When ready to serve mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
