Baked Beans
- 3-4 (1 lb.) cans of pork and beans (discard the "pork" but do not drain)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 large onion, very thinly sliced
- several strips of bacon cut into 1-2 inch pieces, uncooked
Mix it all together and pour into a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 325* for 2 1/2 hours, uncovered.
