Miso Soup

Mom's Miso Soup:

  • 3 1/2 c. Dashi Liquid
  • Just under 3 T. Miso
  • Wakame
  • drained, cubed Tofu
  • chopped Green Onion

Bring dashi to a boil, add green onions, simmer till tender. Turn off heat. When liquid is still, whisk in miso, add wakame and tofu. Enjoy! (Never boil miso, as it will destroy the probiotics.)

Doubling:

  • 7 c. Dashi Liquid
  • 5 1/2 T. Miso
