  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 packet Good Seasonings' Italian Dressing
  • oil?
  • water?

Trim one bunch of broccoli into equal sized florets and stem pieces. Blanch very lightly in boiling water. The color will immediately turn bright green. With a fork test the stems until they start to feel just a bit softer than when raw. Drain in a colander, put ice on top and run cold water through till completely cool (the water coming out the bottom will be cold).

Take one packet of Good Seasonings' Italian Dressing, and make it up according to the package directions. Pour into a large (gallon) ziplock bag. Add in the well-drained broccoli. Zip the bag and allow to marinate for a couple of hours. Turn once or twice. Drain well and serve cold.
