Miso Soup
Mom's Miso Soup:
- 7 c. water
- 1 package of dashi (8gms)
- finely chopped fresh green onion
Boil til onions are tender. Turn off heat. Gently whisk in:
- 6 1/2 to 6 3/4 T. miso
When completely blended, stir in dehydrated items and add diced tofu. Let stir for a couple of minutes, then enjoy! (Preferably in a wood miso-soup bowl!)
