Cranberry Squares
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, halved
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and walnuts together and pour into a buttered 8x8 pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients together until well combined and pour over the cranberries.
Bake for 1 hour.
