Cookie

  • 1 pound butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 5 cups flour
  • powdered sugar

Filling

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 pounds ground walnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons milk

Mix the butter, cream cheese, and flour well. Roll the dough in powdered sugar. Divid the dough into 16 sections and roll each section into a ball. Place the balls in a bowl and refrigerate them overnight.

The next morning, roll each ball flat in powdered sugar and cut it into 16 pie slices. Mix the sugar and walnuts together, then at the milk. Place a small amount of filling at the large end of each triangle and roll it towards the small end.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
