Beef Stroganoff (Slow Cooker)
- 2-3 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 (10-ounce) container PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme - savory garlic flavor
- 2 sliced yellow onions
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced or whole
- 1 red bell pepper
- cooked rice or pasta
Place the meat into the bottom of your slow cooker. Add the cooking creme and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until meat shreds easily with a fork. Stir well and serve over hot cooked pasta or rice.
