Swiss Chicken Casserole
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 1/2 c herb stuffing crumbs
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a baking dish. Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese. Mix soup, milk, and sour cream and pour over chicken and cheese. Top with crumbs; cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
