Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 - 5 thick loin pork chops
- Salt and Pepper
- Flour
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 can condensed beef bouillon (1-1/2 c)
- Or extra strength instant beef bouillon
- Chopped parsley
- Fresh ground pepper
Instructions:
Salt, pepper, and flour pork chops. Brown on both sides in skillet. Place in greased pan.
Mix together sour cream and beef bouillon. Pour over browned pork chops.
Bake: 350 degrees F until tender, about one hour. Garnish with parsley and ground pepper
