Ingredients:
- About 5 cups (20 ounces) peeled and cubed butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 cups water, plus more as needed
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
