Spinach Burgers

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 block frozen spinach
  • 1 pkg onion soup
  • 1 cup mozzarella

Mix ingredients and form into 4 or 5 patties. Grill.

Usually served with mayo and tonkatsu sauce.
