'''Instructions'''
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together.

Mix the bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire, salt, dry mustard, pepper, sage, and garlic in a large measuring cup or small bowl.

'''Bake''' at 350 degrees for 11/2 hours until done. Baste meatloaf with glaze (below) during the last 30 minutes, every ten minutes or three times.
Place the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and bread crumb mixture in a large bowl and mix well with your hands.

Move the meat mixture to the baking sheet and form into a large rectangle about 2 inches thick.

'''Notes'''
Bake the meatloaf for 30.
For a leaner option, prepare meatloaf as directed. Instead of placing in a pan, place a wire cooling rack on top of 9"x13" pan. Form the meatloaf into a very tight, firm loaf. Gently place on top of wire rack, making sure that the pan underneath is larger than the meatloaf. Do not press down too firmly once it is on the rack or it will start to fall through. Bake as directed. As it bakes, the fat will drip down and collect in the pan below.

While it bakes mix the ketchup, brown sugar, prepared mustard, and chili powder in a small measuring cup.
Baste the meatloaf with a third of the glaze every 10 minutes as the meatloaf bakes for another 30 minutes.
Note: Depending on the fat content of your ground beef you may need to blot the top of the loaf before adding your first layer of glaze.

'''Glaze'''
* <sup>1</sup>/<sub>2</sub> c ketchup
* 3 T brown sugar
* 2 t prepared mustard
* <sup>1</sup>/<sub>4</sub> t chili powder

Mix. Glaze as directed.
