Sweet Apple Crisp
10 cups apples, thinly sliced
1 cup sugar
1 T flour
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground nutmeg
1/4 c water
2 cups quick-cooking oats (rolled oats)
2 cups flour
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 cup butter, melted
Place the sliced apples in a 9x13 inch pan. Combine sugar, 1 T flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle over apples. Pour the water evenly over the apples. Combine oats, 2 c flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble over the apples.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
