Mom's Miso Soup:


*7 c. water
*3 1/2 c. Dashi Liquid
*1 package of dashi (8gms)
*Just under 3 T. Miso
*finely chopped fresh green onion
*Wakame
*drained, cubed Tofu
*chopped Green Onion


Boil til onions are tender. Turn off heat. Gently whisk in:
Bring dashi to a boil, add green onions, simmer till tender. Turn off heat. When liquid is still, whisk in miso, add wakame and tofu. Enjoy! (Never boil miso, as it will destroy the probiotics.)


*6 1/2 to 6 3/4 T. miso
Doubling:


When completely blended, stir in dehydrated items and add diced tofu. Let stir for a couple of minutes, then enjoy! (Preferably in a wood miso-soup bowl!)

  • Just under 3 T. Miso
  • Wakame
