Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Combine crumbs and butter, press firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan.  In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.  Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.  Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.  In a small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture.  Pour into prepared pan.  Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chips evenly over the top.  Bake for 1 hour until center springs back when touched lightly.  Cool.  Chill.

  • 1 1/2 c finely crushed oreos (18 cookies)
  • 2-3 T butter, melted
  • 3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp flour
