- 1 c flour
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. cayenne
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 3/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c sesame seeds
- White rice
Combine flour, pepper, cloves, cinnamon and cayenne in a large bowl. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium high heat. Brown chicken pieces, 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. When all of the chicken is cooked, empty oil from the pan.
In a measuring cup, mix teriyaki sauce and honey. Pour mixture into the skillet and reduce heat to low. Return chicken pieces to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Top with sesame seeds. Serve over white rice.
