From Kathy Maister's Start Cooking Blog, tested by Jirah and Jennifer:
- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 cloves of garlic (1 tsp of chopped garlic from a jar)
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
- onion salt
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon of jalapeño slices, chopped
Combine all in a bowl and stir well.
