Salmon with Tomatoes Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 T garlic oil
(If unavailable, flavor olive oil with minced garlic, heat for one minute, then proceed with recipe. Don't use garlic powder as it tends to have a bitter taste.)
  • 4 fillets of salmon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 t dried dill weed
  • 1/4 t paprika
  • 2 - 3 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1-1/2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 3 T fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T butter
  • 4+ dashes hot pepper sauce
