Herbed Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c prepared mustard
- 1/2 t dried basil
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/4 t parsley
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together except chicken. Place chicken in greased baking dish. Pour 1/2 of sauce over chicken. Reserve the other half for basting.
Bake: 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Baste with remaining sauce. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Note: Will most likely need to double for 9x13 pan. Best if baked in a small pan so that the chicken remains submerged in sauce. Recommended as a marinade as well. (Marinade for about 2 hours in the fridge, then bake as directed.)
