* 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 T butter
* 4+ dashes hot pepper sauce

Heat oil. Rub salmon with salt, pepper, dill, and paprika. Place in skillet and cook. After a few minutes, break into cubes. Add in tomatoes, garlic and lemon juice. Cook until salmon flakes easily with fork. Flake all the salmon. Add parsley, cheese, butter and hot pepper sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve over rice.
