*2-3 pounds beef stew meat
*1 (10-ounce) container PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme - savory garlic flavor 
*2 sliced yellow onions
*1 lb mushrooms, sliced or whole
*1 red bell pepper
*cooked rice or pasta

Place the meat into the bottom of your slow cooker. Add the cooking creme and vegetables.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until meat shreds easily with a fork. Stir well and serve over hot cooked pasta or rice.
